We collect two types of information during your visit to our web site: 1) Personal information that you agree to provide us (e.g. when you open an account) and 2) Aggregated, non-personal information that tells us how our visitors utilize our web site.

Those who wish to list the availability of their space at our site (indicating that they have space for rent) and those who wish to post a space wanted ad at our site (indicating that they are looking for space to rent) are required to open an account with us and provide certain information, including, but not limited to: company name, address, contact information (which may include telephone and fax numbers, e-mail and web site addresses, etc.), listing information, login username and password, etc. This information (except for login username and password, credit card and certain other information) can be viewed publicly by all those that visit our site and search our databases. Thus, all listors of available space ads and all listors of space wanted ads should be aware that their name and contact information is open to public viewing and that we actively promote and encourage the public to come to our site to view those listings. Therefore, listors of available space ads should expect to be contacted by those parties looking for space, including, but not limited to, prospective tenants and real estate brokers as well as by salespeople and vendors of various types of products and services. Similarly, listors of space wanted ads should expect to be contacted by those parties that have available space, including, but not limited to, landlords, sublandlords and real estate brokers as well as by salespeople and vendors of various types of products and services. By posting a listing on our site, you are giving your permission and agreeing to be contacted by us, our affiliates, our strategic partners and anyone else who may publicly view your listing.
Account holders may delete their information at anytime, as well as change or modify their listing, by entering their username and password at the login page and by following the online instructions.
We, along with our affiliates and strategic partners, may contact account holders via e-mail, or by other means, in order to administer their account, send them updates, inform them of any special services, or to contact them with questions in regard to the listings that they have posted at our site. Your contact information will be used to send you promotional information that we think you may find interesting and/or useful. In addition, as stated above, you may also be contacted by anyone who may have seen your public listing. If you no longer wish to be contacted, you can remove your information from our database by deleting your listing and by sending an e-mail message to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting that your name and contact information be removed from our mailing list.
Should you decide to purchase services or products from us, our affiliates and/or strategic partners, you may need to provide certain personal information, including, but not limited to, e-mail address, name, mailing and/or billing address, credit card number, home and work telephone numbers, etc. Additionally, you may also be required to authorize us, our affiliates and/or strategic partners to obtain information about you from various credit reporting agencies. This information may be shared on a confidential basis with our affiliates and strategic partners.
If you correspond with us via e-mail or if you join our mailing list, we may keep your e-mail messages together with your e-mail address along with our responses to you in a database. However, such information will be safeguarded in the same manner as when we receive information from you by regular mail and/or telephone.
Registration and Order Forms
In addition to the forms used for posting your listing to our database, we may use other forms on our web site to collect certain information or to allow users to register for particular services or obtain products that we and our affiliates and strategic partners may offer. Your contact information will be used to communicate with you when needed for administrative purposes concerning your account. Your e-mail is used as an identifier in our database as well as to send you updates, newsletters, and promotional offerings. This information may be shared with our affiliates and strategic partners in order to deliver targeted services and products to you. It may also be provided to other third parties (e.g. advertisers) in an aggregated manner for the purpose of providing reports to them. All publicly viewable information will be shared with third parties.

Contest and Survey Information
We may use contests and surveys to acquire contact, demographic and other information. These contests and surveys are optional and you are not obligated to participate. The information may be used to assess our customers' preferences and tastes and to analyze overall site statistics. To remove your personal information from our database, first delete your listing and then e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and type "unsubscribe" in the subject line, and also include your e-mail address.
